Parent Council oversees all aspects of club planning, maintenance, logistics, and membership. These duties include, but are not limited to the following: membership inquiries and qualifications, maintaining club standards and rules, meeting planning, student leadership selection, concerns, disputes, and mediation within the club.
Parent Council members are dedicated to the preservation of the vision, mission, and integrity of EnGarde, while operating in harmony with the vision, mission, and integrity of NCFCA.
New Parent Council members are nominated for a three year term and voted upon by the existing Parent Council. In order to be considered, it is necessary for a person to have been an active member of EnGarde for 1 year and to be fully in agreement and committed to the EnGarde mission and vision statement. An odd number of members is desirable for voting purposes.
